Filet Mignon
Combine 1 cup water and 1 cup olive oil in sealable plastic bag:
- Add 2 teaspoons of Smokey Mesquite seasoning
- Add filet
Grease grill with olive oil. Sear on 400 degrees F grill at 45 degree angle. Rotate 90 degrees after 3 minutes. Sear other side and indirect grill to 145 degrees F center temp.
